Connect students’ community health nursing learning experience, to guide student involve in community through students themselves, families, and groups to understand their health concept and behaviors.
3.透過與社區參與,評估並匯整出社區健康問題及健康促進計劃。
Develop health promotion plan through community health assessment and analysis.
4.了解社區專科護士的角色及職責,認識社區組織與資源。
Understand the functions and roles of community health nurses, and understand community organizations and resources.
5.引導學生自我導向學習與自我成長充能(empowerment)。

6.結合討論及實際社區經驗,引導學生設計、執行、並評價一個社區健康計劃。
