2.銜接社區護理學習經驗，引導學生進入社區，自個人、家庭、團體等之群體瞭解其健康的理念及行為。
Connect students’ community health nursing learning experience, to guide student involve in community through students themselves, families, and groups to understand their health concept and behaviors. 
3.透過與社區參與，評估並匯整出社區健康問題及健康促進計劃。
Develop health promotion plan through community health assessment and analysis.
4.了解社區專科護士的角色及職責，認識社區組織與資源。
Understand the functions and roles of community health nurses, and understand community organizations and resources.
5.引導學生自我導向學習與自我成長充能（empowerment）。
Improve students’ self-learning and self empowerment.
6.結合討論及實際社區經驗，引導學生設計、執行、並評價一個社區健康計劃。
To guide students the abilities of design, implementation, and evaluation of community health plan through community experiences during the course.
