壹、課程目標
「法律與人生」課程主要介紹法律原理,以啟發學生法學研究的興趣。經由對法律之意義與普遍原則之闡釋、法律制訂以及相關應用之探討,藉此增進學生瞭解法學之基礎概念與知識,進而培養其對法學之見解與修養。
“Law and Life” is to introduce the theory of law and to promote students’ interest to study law. The teaching will encompass all basic knowledge of law, including the meaning and common principles of law, the enacting of law and the appliance of law. The main purpose of this course is to let students catch the concept of common principles of law and promote students’ knowledge about law, thus cultivating their spirit of abiding by law.
貳、授課方式
本課程以講授為主,並要求學生勇於思考與發言。此外,本課程將於每週討論法學相關主題,藉以訓練學生有系統的陳述與邏輯思考能力。
There will be some reading materials in this course, and students are required to think and speak in class. Each week we will discuss one topic and the students will be asked to express opinion in a convincible, systemic, and logical way.
