本課程旨在使學生了解幼兒語言表達的相關理論與概念，並能利用全語言及蒙特梭利教學法的概念，設計、製作和評估不同嬰幼兒階段語言發展的教具及教學活動。

     The purposes of this course are described as follows:
Introduce theories and perspective of early language and literacy to 
students.
Help students apply the Whole Language and the Montessori Method
to develop developmentally appropriate practices for young children.
