This course is designed for teaching principles and operation techniques of five analytical instruments: ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography.  By this course, we can train students to attend an examination of food analytic license.
